Security Deposit:
We kindly request that guests pay a 10,000 baht security deposit on arrival to ensure coverage for any services, food or drinks ordered.
Maximum Capacity:
We allow a maximum capacity of 3 adult and 1 child guests in each bedroom. If you are planning to have more guests than the allowed number of guests in the occupancy, please kindly notify us in advance. Extra person charge may be applicable.
House rules:
Our villa is offered for a private use. While you would love our guests to have a great time as a group, we kindly request that house rules are observed at all times:

Parties: for guests looking to host a party, please notify us in advance prior to or on check-in. Noise must be kept low after midnight. We allow the use of our stereo system operated with any smartphone, with unlimited song library featuring over 1 million song choices called "Spotify" that we provide to our guests free of charge. Other party-type stereo with loudspeakers brought to property shall be refused.
